Re: Anyone know how to program a 4700 series digital keyboard
I've copied links below to topics in Q&A section of PAiA Talk which you might find useful.
PAiA 9700K MIDI2CV8, 2720 4700 series modulars, FatMan viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16
Using 4700 and 2720 series modularsviewtopic.php?f=4&t=106
Where do I start with this P4700Jviewtopic.php?f=4&t=125
Over in the Technical Bulletins section, there is:
2720 and 4700 series patch cords, FatMan interface, insightviewtopic.php?f=4&t=125
For polyphonic operation, you need the 8781 QuASH with the 8700 computer/controller running Poly 1.0 or MUS1, and really, a cabinet of modules for each voice.
If your goal is to sound more than one note, it might be best to just go with a newer keyboard instrument with on-board sounds and a MIDI connector and use a converter or FatMan to get cv and triggering for operating/slaving the module cabinet as a layered voice.
