1. VCA: The output is very low when fully cranked up. I have to use the inverter/buffer to get a decent volume out of it.

2. VCF There is a good amount of noise/hiss coming out of the filter, even when nothing is patched through it.

3. ADSR: The EG amount knob is funky, but I know how to fix that. The Sustain level is very quirky - it seem like it depends on the Release setting whether or not the Sustaion works at all, and then the Sustain level goes up slowly to the max.

Any suggestions on how to remedy either or all of the issues?

First: too many subjects for one thread.
2nd: since U did not actually build all the modules, and, since I don't
know what your level of solder expertise is, and, finally, since I don't
know if you know what a cold solder connection looks like,

I am going to make the blanket statement that U need to look over each solder connection on each pcb with a good light and a magnifier. If you have a vaccuum desoldering tool, I would say suck out each connection on the pcb and on the switches and reflow it with some good fresh solder.

All your troubles could boil down to the previous kit builders lack of solder skills. U escentially have to rebuild each module. After all, this *IS* DIY,

Right, sorry for the topic overload. I was thinking since I already "spammed" this forum with all my 2/4700 troubles, why not make bundles. Guess I have to take everything apart and put it back together again, eh? Maybe someday when I have the time for it ;) Guess that's what I get from buying used DIY gear..
