Re: Question about the midi2cv8 hz/v option

If you install the option board the Midi2CV can control hz/v oscillators like the 2700 and 4700 series. But there are no settings to switch between v/oct and hz/v, collectively or individually. Rather, PAIA sells the 9700rck Rack Mount Accessory Kit, which is a rack case for two Midi2CV2s. The idea ...

Re: Opto Electric Volume Pedal

In regards to the De Armond pedal:

"The inside of the pedal consists of a 1 meg potentiometer...there is no capacitive coupling so it can be used with control voltages as well as audio signals."

Re: upgraded PAiA 1550

I'll second James' request for some example sounds. Would love to hear what the upgraded Stringz n Thingz sounds like. Mikeymars, maybe Scott can post a wav or mp3 file for you if you don't have an external link for posting sound samples. Has anyone ever modified the Stringz n Thingz to play under m...

Re: Computer Experiments record

Wow, as a fan of Synergy, I've purchased this before, but never knew it was wholly based on John Simonton's Pink Tunes. Those "liner notes" are often not included when purchasing music downloads. Amazon sells the MP3 of Larry Fast's Computer Experiments, along with vinyl and CD formats. The three co...

Re: Chord EGG 2015

Stefan, that's impressive work on redesigning the Chord EGG, incorporating the Chord EGG into a unique alarm clock, crafting a great looking enclosure, and writing and illustrating an article about your creation for the benefit of all of us. Thanks.
