Computer Experiments record

Post by PAiA-Scott »

Thanks for sharing these photos of your Computer Experiments record Chris!
I just came across this LP (see screenshots) in my collection. I forgot I had this thing. It's quite interesting. It says that this was generated based on code written by John Simonton of Paia in 1980-1981. Very neat Paia artifact and cool in its own right.

Wow, as a fan of Synergy, I've purchased this before, but never knew it was wholly based on John Simonton's Pink Tunes. Those "liner notes" are often not included when purchasing music downloads.

Amazon sells the MP3 of Larry Fast's Computer Experiments, along with vinyl and CD formats. The three contemplative compositions on this recording could be described as lush, sustained chords and sounds.
